According to Hall’s reporting, right-back Benjamin White suffered a “suspected MCL injury” to his knee when he was substituted off during the first-half at the London Stadium.
The report details that White will miss the final two Premier League games, the Champions League final, and is a doubt for the World Cup.
A strong run of form in Arteta’s side following an injury to Jurrien Timber earlier this year, saw White gain major plaudits and he returned to the Three Lions set-up for the first time since 2022 last month.
With Timber still out of action, it remains to be seen who Arteta makes use of in the right-back position over the final few weeks of the season.
