‘It’s helped keep me motivated and accountable’

People are praising this ‘brilliant’ fitness app that’s helping people lose weight without having to cut calories.

The Simple Life app is a weight loss tool that helps you drop the pounds without restrictive dieting, you simply take a quiz and it builds a plan personalised to you.

The method of the app doesn’t include calorie counting, cutting out essential food groups, or weighing every bite.

A mum-of-three, Danielle Broadway lost more than five stone and dropped four dress sizes while using the Simple Life app.

She said: “My main goal for starting out with intermittent fasting was I just wanted to feel better. If I lost weight that would have been a huge bonus for me. My skin – I was always breaking out and I just never felt great. I was ready to try anything.

“The first three days was the hardest because I was putting my body into shock. I was cutting out a lot of things that I was eating that wasn’t good for me. The app gave me recipe recommendations that worked and I ended up dropping 42 pounds in five months.

“I changed nothing about my lifestyle but I ate better. I had all of this sustained energy. My skin hasn’t been breaking out and I feel amazing.”

The Simple Life app will also curate daily workout plans that suit you, which includes everything from yoga and pilates to HIIT and Tai Chi or simply getting out for a walk.

There’s also an in-app coach that can answer your questions, and give you guidance including healthy recipe and snack ideas, and workout suggestions.
