Popular rapper Lil Poppa has died.
The rapper, who boasts over 1M followers on Instagram and around 650k monthly listeners on Spotify, was 25.
The Fulton County Medical Examiner’s Office in Georgia, US, told TMZ that the rapper was pronounced dead at 11.23am ET.
Lil Poppa was signed to Yo Gotti’s Collective Music Group (CMG) and had released a number of tracks over the years such as Mind Over Matter, Happy Tears, and Love & War.
His first album, Almost Normal Again, came out last summer and he released his latest song on Friday.
He was scheduled to perform next month in New Orleans.
At the time of writing, no cause of death has been given.
