This ‘cheap’ device that ‘saves on central heating’ gets huge discount

‘Very surprised at how good this is’

If you’re looking for ways to save on heating bills this winter then you could purchase this heater that costs ‘pennies’ to run.

With the weather across the country still chilly, you might be tempted to reach for the central heating, but this is a quick, affordable solution to heating a room in your home without breaking the bank.

Usually priced at £64.99, this electric heater has dropped to £39.99 for a limited time, marking its lowest price ever.

This is according to price tracking website Camelcamelcamel which lets you see how much Amazon usually sells a product for.

The portable electric heater is currently at its cheapest price to date – with a 38% discount – even when compared to the likes of Black Friday.

The device can be moved from room to room and keep you warm throughout the day, whether you’re working in an office space or winding down for the day in bed.

This will stop you from turning on the central heating, and save some pennies on your bills, while the heater’s ECO mode reduces the output to help manage how much electricity you use.

More than 9,000 shoppers who have tried and tested the electric heater have given it an average rating of 4.6 stars on Amazon.

One customer said in their five star review: “I bought this little beauty yesterday and it’s great. It’s reasonably small, lightweight, well made and on the lowest setting releases a gentle warmth which is all I need.

“This heater is as cheap as chips and unbelievably quiet. I know that I can now be more productive in my cosy office.”

Another wrote: “Very surprised at how good this little heater is. Bought it to go in caravan but have been using it in the house (shall have to purchase another for the caravan). Very lightweight, quiet (not silent), safe & effective.

“Heats up really quick. I use it on Auto, set the required temp & let it do its thing. Will be great in the caravan & will keep us nice & warm. Would definitely recommend.”

While a third said: “It has transformed my rather chilly study completely. It nice and quiet and on eco mode you select the temperature you want and it maintains it.”

Others have noted the affordability of the heater when compared to putting on the central heating, saying: “Have kept an eye on running cost and is very efficient according to my digital meter, it’s definitely pennies so all good for me.”
