‘As good as the Apple AirPods for me’
A pair of noise-cancelling Beats earbuds have been given a huge 47% discount for a limited time.
The Beats Studio Buds which have been described as ‘good as the AirPods’ have been slashed from £159.99 to £85 on Amazon.
The earbuds have two listening modes, with Active Noise Cancelling so you can block out the outside world and listen to your music, podcast or make a phone call.
The other is Transparency mode, which helps you to hear surroundings naturally while wearing them.
They have up to eight hours of listening time, or up to 24 hours when combined with the pocket-sized charging case.
Other features include soft ear tip buds for a comfortable fit, built-in microphones for high-quality call performance, and sweat and water resistance.
More than 10,000 shoppers have tried and tested the Beats Studio Buds, giving them an average rating of 4.1 stars on Amazon.
One customer said they’re ‘excellent’ and ‘are cheaper but as good as the Apple AirPods for me’.
They added: “They never fall out when I sweat with running and are secure in my ear, they charge quick and last easily 4 hours per charge and recharge very quick.”
Another wrote: “Really good earphones for the price, after 9 months later i can say that the earphones quality is spectacular.
“It charges quite fast and on a 10 mins charge it can last me about 2 hours of listening time. It’s really comfy though it does fall out of my ears a bit at times. Its connects to my Windows PC, MacBook and Android phone without any problems. I quite like the touch click feature on the earbuds itself, pausing and resuming my audio.”
While a third said: “They’re fine for everyday use, the fit is very comfortable and they never feel like they are going to ‘pop’ out of your ears. The sound quality is pretty good. No problem with phone calls as clear enough. Noise cancelling good for the price.”
Someone else compared them to other earphone models like Sony and AirPods, saying you get ‘a lot of bang for the buck’.
“I’m a happy user of the Beats… you might wonder why? Well, they cost me 1/4 of the Airpods Pro and I get 80-90% of the value. I can’t really afford paying £250 for earbuds but I can afford paying £60. These are really good,” they added.
