Patients might experience tightness in the chest, as the lungs fill with fluid.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><!--\/$--><!--$--><\/p>\n<div class=\"custom-prose  \">\n<p>Thirty-eight percent of people who develop respiratory symptoms may die from the disease.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><!--\/$--><!--$--><\/p>\n<p><h3><strong>As per the Centre for Disease Control and Prevention, symptoms for HFRS are:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<\/p>\n<p><!--\/$--><!--$--><\/p>\n<div class=\"custom-prose  \">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>intense headaches<\/li>\n<li>back and abdominal pain<\/li>\n<li>fever\/chills<\/li>\n<li>nausea<\/li>\n<li>blurred vision<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<p><!--\/$--><!--$--><\/p>\n<div class=\"custom-prose  \">\n<p>People may have flushing of the face, inflammation or redness of the eyes, or a rash.
