Nigel Farage and Reform MPs stormed out of prime minister\u2019s questions in a strop after Keir Starmer slammed the party for \u2018abandoning voters.\u2019<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

During Wednesday\u2019s session of PMQs, Farage stood up to put it to the prime minister that his promise to \u2018smash the gangs\u2019 has been a \u201ctotal abject failure.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
<\/p>\n
In response, Starmer pointed out that Farage and his party had voted against government plans to give law enforcement counter-terrorism powers.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
<\/p>\n
The PM said this was just the latest example of Reform exploiting issues for their own gain, saying Farage \u2018wants the grievance, he doesn\u2019t want it sorted.\u2019<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
<\/p>\n
After calling out Farage for his Iran war U-turn, Starmer then brought up the issue of Worcestershire county council.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
<\/p>\n
Starmer continued: \u201cHe asks for people\u2019s votes and then he abandons them. Reform don\u2019t want to solve problems, they only want to exploit them.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
<\/p>\n
\u201cI am thankful for the opportunity to change this country for the better, he says he wish he hadn\u2019t bothered winning councils.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s an absolute disgrace.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
<\/p>\n
When Labour MP Marie Tidbell then stood to ask her question, there was commotion in the chamber and the speaker had to call for order.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
<\/p>\n
It turns out, this was because Farage and his gang of MPs had stormed out in a huff, sparking laughter and shouts of \u2018bye\u2019 from opposition MPs.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
<\/p>\n
Tidbell\u2019s question was about the recent decision for the government to fund the renovation of the Crucible theatre in Sheffield so that the Snooker World Championships could remain there.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
<\/p>\n
This gave Starmer the perfect set up for a gag, as he commented: \u201cI see Reform have walked out, they obviously realise they\u2019re absolutely snookered!\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
