A Republican lawmaker has warned Donald Trump that the war with Iran ‘won’t make the Epstein files go away’.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

It’s been widely reported that the war in Iran has succeeded in bringing the Jeffrey Epstein scandal down in the news rankings.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
<\/p>\n
However Kentucky GOP Rep. Thomas Massie, who was a huge part of bringing the Epstein Files Transparency Act through Congress last year, says that the war cannot be used as a smokescreen to keep the files out of plain sight.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
<\/p>\n
He said on Twitter: \u201cPSA: Bombing a country on the other side of the globe won\u2019t make the Epstein files go away, any more than the Dow going above 50,000 will.”<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Others have also pointed out the connection between Epstein and the Iran war. Saturday Night Live star, James Austin Johnson, appeared on the show as Trump, saying: \u201cI launched this attack after me and my Board of Peace decided we were bored of peace.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
