American rapper Snoop Dogg\u2019s 10-month-old granddaughter has died, his daughter Cori Broadus has announced.<\/p>\n

Broadus announced on Saturday afternoon the passing of her daughter Codi, as she shared a black-and-white photo where she is seen holding her baby in her arms.<\/p>\n

\u201cMonday, I lost the love of my live. My Codi\u201d, she wrote on the picture shared on Instagram stories.<\/p>\n

The baby was born three months premature, as Broadus revealed in February of last year.<\/p>\n

She then spent most of the next 10 months in the neonatal intensive care unit or NICU.<\/p>\n

In the first days of the new year, just three weeks ago, Broadus, 26, shared a photo of her and Codi relaxing in bed together.<\/p>\n

\n

\u201cShe\u2019s home. Thank you for every prayer, every message, every ounce of love. God heard them all\u201d, she wrote.<\/p>\n

A heartfelt tribute to his daughter was shared also by Wayne Deuce, Codi\u2019s father. He wrote on social media that he will always be with her.<\/p>\n
