The consumer and business uncertainty is still there because we still don\u2019t know what\u2019s going to happen with the U.S. trade policy,\u201d says Forbes.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cA lot of consumers have been increasing their precautionary savings, and businesses have been hesitant to hire as well.
